Mark is a second generation realtor, a veteran, and an attorney. He has been married to his incredible wife, Shey, for over 25 years. He is the proud father of two adult boys, the youngest having a diagnosis of severe non-verbal Autism. They have pushed him to be a better version of himself and have helped him to become the man he is today. They approach life and work with sincere honesty, integrity, humility and a lot of laughing! They always find the humor and fun in everything they do. They live at the top of a mountain in Evergreen, Colorado…the mountains are where their home and hearts are. They can help you navigate the unusual process of moving to the mountains with first-hand understanding of what to look for when buying a home in the hills. Mark has a very diverse background that allows him to bring a unique perspective to this exciting experience. He is a licensed attorney and ran his own real estate law firm for many years before relocating to Colorado, which gives him the distinct advantage of seeing real estate transactions from every conceivable angle. In addition, He ran a multimillion-dollar pharmaceutical company for 13 years and was charged with developing all marketing strategies and negotiating all contracts and agreements. His background allows him to offer their clients a high level of expertise in real estate transactions, negotiation tactics, and marketing strategies to make their home buying and selling experiences fruitful and fun!
Shey is a mother of two adult boys and has been married to Mark for more than 25 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and spent her earlier years working in the corporate world until one of her sons was diagnosed with severe non-verbal Autism. Helping others has always been the way she lives her life, from being a Certified Nurses Aide for her son to working in corporate Human Resources. Shey also has experience running Mark's Real Estate Law Firm and a very diverse background in her abilities, but listening and helping others has always been her strength! They are not strangers to the buying and selling processes of real estate. They have purchased and sold many homes over the years as well as land. Living in the mountains themselves has given them a lot of experience on what you want to look for and what you do not want in a mountain home.
